Joanna King am a self-taught artist and a mother to three girls. She loves to explore landscapes of Aotearoa and depict her perspective, often accompanied by poetry.
Joanna works mainly with acrylic and ink and she often brings her love of artistic influences into her works as a way of honouring those who came before.
All of her works are originals painted with varying mediums including acrylic, oils, oil enamel and ink on canvas, art panels and cloth.
Joanna will have works in one of the eight houses on the Tour.
