Mark Cowden is a Dunedin-based artist known for his kinetic and optical art. His works, which are generally abstract, are recognised by the way they change as you walk past them. He uses a range of artistic media from photography through to kinetic and optical art.
Mark’s intention is to make the viewer’s role an active one, rather than just a passive one.
Mark will have works in one of the eight houses on the Tour.
