The journey to ceramics for Susan Maddren was created after attending pottery classes – and it was love at first sight! From a hobby to now a full business, Sue started selling her handcrafted products all over New Zealand and overseas.
Her work is all wheel-thrown at her studio in Castor Bay, north of Auckland, and the style she has created has a raw clay element to it.
Sue likes to create beautiful – yet functional – bespoke pieces that will last a lifetime.
Susan will have works in The Gallery, located in the Old Boys’ Pavilion.
