Annie Sandano
Annie Smits Sandano is an award-winning artist who has exhibited extensively in New Zealand and abroad for over 16 years since her graduation from Elam School of Fine Arts with honours. Based for several years between Auckland and London with her Tannery Arts studio, Annie’s expertise ranges from painting to ceramics and printmaking.
With captivating dexterity across various mediums and an unmistakable eye for colour, form and texture she works in a highly distinctive way. Annie’s collectable print series have garnered much recognition and a loyal following over the years.
Annie has built a purpose-made studio and gallery in Hahei where she welcomes clients and shows her work seasonally.
