The new generation set to modernise the arts and crafts bungalow with the brief being to make it lighter, brighter and bigger. The design and construction process took a lengthy four years to complete with nearly every original wall having been replaced or moved. The renovation saw the house expand in every angle with the addition of triple car garaging, guest suite, pool and spa. Multiple living spaces means the house has places to both come together and get away, creating harmonious family living. Despite the radical change this home seamlessly blends the old with the new, with much of the original 1920’s character having been  maintained.
