36 Glanville Terrace, Parnell
36 Glanville Terrace was built in 1937 and is a much loved, traditional family home, and the current owners have lived here for 20 years.
Three renovations were undertaken to bring the house into the 21st century and make it fit for family life. The first was by the previous owners in 1997 and the second and third by the current owners in 2003 and 2018 included a revamp of the kitchen and family area and landscaping to include a pool, outdoor living and new garden. The house provides plenty of wall space and the perfect backdrop for theĀ
owners contemporary art collection which has grown over the years.
This home features artists David McCracken, Janice Napper, Joanna King, Max Gimblett ’50 and Philipp Ripa.
