The former residence of All Black and businessman Sir Harcourt Caughey, this 1930s home sits hidden away amongst mature protected trees. Extensively renovated in the 2000s by architect Lawrence Sumich, this modern functional home enjoys generous spaces while seamlessly incorporating the design and the integrity of the original house.
