Jody Hope Gibbons
Jody Hope Gibbons delights in the endless possibilities of paint, experimenting with materials and techniques to uncover unexpected moments of beauty. Her bold, gestural compositions resonate with emotion while remaining connected to the land and its flora.
Emerging from the rhythms and textures of the natural world, her paintings are both striking and lyrical. Gibbons’ works are held in private collections across New Zealand and internationally.
She paints from her rural coastal studio in Matakana.
