Between Worlds

This artwork was taken from my portfolio for photography this year. This piece only works with its other to understand the full concept. The idea behind my portfolio and these images was how people can live in their own worlds and experience life from their own perspectives. This is where the idea of music fits so well. The earphones symbolize that disconnection and how people have differing emotional connections in their own world. The silhouetted figure in the background represents people who feel unseen, but are rather constantly being viewed from a far in that world they sit in.
