Keeper of Stories – Tawa/Chamaedorea

Tawa is a New Zealand native hardwood valued for its fine, even grain and understated beauty. The cast bronze finial is from the fruit of the Chamaedorea elegans palm.

Inspired by the belief that the objects we treasure deserve to be housed in something equally enduring and beautiful, each piece is uniquely handcrafted here in Auckland.

Through the interplay of reclaimed native timber, botanical forms, and cast bronze, each piece becomes a keeper of stories, honouring not only the material from which it is crafted, but also the memories and stories it is entrusted to hold.
