Synergy

In Synergy, layers are built up and removed through intuitive movements of my hands directly on the canvas. Evoking the energy of calligraphic brushstrokes, these gestures preserve the physical encounter between body and surface.

The work explores how distinct movements and energies come together through a shared purpose. Its layered surface of mixed media including golden leaf carries traces of both disruption and renewal, expressing the possibility of beginning again: to recover, rebuild and enter a new cycle.
